At Alkina Lodge our number one priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our guests, staff, partners and community.
At this stage Alkina Lodge will remain open and taking guests when safe to do so and in line with government guidelines, we will not however be taking guests to quarantine themselves.
With the ever-evolving coronavirus pandemic our focus remains on the best possible guest experience and ensuring that protocols set by the Australian Governments department of health are exceeded. We are also in close communication with Australian tourism associations for the latest news and advice.
As a precautionary measure we have elevated our already rigorous practices around food handling, sanitization, disinfection and cleaning based on the international standards and, of course, we follow the direct instructions from the Australian and Victorian health authorities.
To assist with safer travel for all, please follow recommendations from these leading organizations to reduce potential exposure.
Given the uncertainty of the situation and to give our guests the upmost flexibility Alkina Lodge is waiving all cancellation and change fees applicable to all existing and new bookings for stays between 17 March 2020 and 31 May 2020. We would be happy to rebook your reservation, or ultimately, cancel your reservation and refund any deposits received
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this difficult time.
The entire Alkina Lodge team.
